Payment/Cancellation Policy: 

1. Etiquette of Ventura County reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standard of 3 student minimum (Full refund provided)  

2. Deposit of $25.00 is required for North Ranch Ctr, Private, & Group lessons two weeks prior to class date. This guarantees students reservation. Deposit is deducted from cost.


3. Remaining balance due first day of class enclosed in an envelope. Check or Cash accepted, thank you.
 

4. Cancellation made by client less than 48 hours will result in forfeiting deposit.

Monthly Etiquette Tip TRUE OR FALSE

Question: Where did Tipping originate?


TRUE: The custom of tipping began in coffee houses in Europe at the beginning of the 18th century. 


When a patron sat down, he/she placed a small gratuity on the table BEFORE the meal, presumably for the server to see while serving, to insure prompt service. 


When the meal was finished, if the server was prompt, they earned the gratuity.  


TODAY: Poor service  10%,  Good 15%   Great 20%   Exceptional 22%
