Payment/Cancellation Policy: 

1. Etiquette of Ventura County reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standard of 3 student minimum (Full refund provided)  

2. Deposit of $25.00 is required for North Ranch Ctr, Private, & Group lessons two weeks prior to class date. This guarantees students reservation. Deposit is deducted from cost.

3. Remaining balance due first day of class enclosed in an envelope. Check or Cash accepted, thank you.

4. Cancellation made by client less than 48 hours will result in forfeiting deposit.

Monthly Etiquette Tip

Question: Do you leave a tip when service was unacceptable?

Answer:  If the meal was a disaster & you feel  justified in leaving no tip, a 10% gratuity would express your dismay for the poor service. Tipping scale: 15% Okay 20% Expected  22% Exceptional
